Terms of service

• เรียงคิวงานตามการโอนมัดจำนะคะ (ทางนักวาดจะให้บรีฟงานก่อนเพื่อตีราคาของงานค่ะ)• โอนมัดจำงานSketch 50% และอีก Final 50% หลังงานไฟนอล• ระยะการทำงาน 1 คิว โดยประมาณ 2-7 วันหรือ 1-4 สัปดาห์ ขึ้นอยู่กับรายละเอียดของงานนะคะ• หากเป็นงานเร่ง ทางนักวาดขอคิดเพิ่มอีก 70% ของงานค่ะ• การนำไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์จะ ×2.5 ของงานค่ะ• 1 คนสั่งได้ไม่เกิน 3 รูป• ถ้ามีการนำไปใช้เชิงพาณิชย์กรุณาใส่เครดิตนักวาดด้วยค่ะ• ระหว่างการทำงานนักวาดจะส่งให้เช็คและแก้งานได้ตลอดนะคะ แต่ในกรณีที่งานไฟนอลแล้วแต่มีการแก้งานใหม่อีกจะคิดการแก้งานครั้งละ 100-300 บาท/ครั้ง• กรณีที่มีการยกเลิกงาน - หากอยู่ในคิวปัจจุบันและขอยกเลิก ทางนักวาดจะริบค่ามัดจำทั้งหมด ,- หากยังไม่ถึงคิวและขอยกเลิกคิวภายในเวลา 3 วันหลังจากโอนมัดจำ ทางนักวาดจะโอนมัดจำให้ทั้งหมดค่ะ แต่หากเกินเวลา 3 วัน ทางนักวาดจะคืนมัดจำให้ 50% จากมัดจำทั้งหมดค่ะ• นักวาดจะส่งงานให้ทาง Google drive, Gmail ค่ะ• ห้ามนำผลงานไปแอบอ้างโดยเด็ดขาด

• I'll queue projects based on the deposit transfer date. (I'll ask for a brief first so I can quote the price.)• A 50% deposit is required at the sketch stage, and the remaining 50% will be due once the final artwork is completed.• Each project usually takes about 2–7 days, or 1–4 weeks, depending on the details.• If you need a rush order, there will be an additional 70% fee.• For commercial use, the price will be multiplied by 2.5.• Each person can order up to 3 artworks at a time.• If the artwork is used commercially, please kindly credit the artist.• During the process, I'll send updates for checking and allow edits. However, if you request changes after the final is delivered, there will be an extra fee of 100–300 THB per edit.• Cancellation Policy:• If the project is already in progress and you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable.
• If it's still in the queue and you cancel within 3 days after transferring the deposit, you'll get a full refund.
• If you cancel after 3 days, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• I'll deliver the final files via Google Drive or Gmail.• Please do not use or claim the artwork as your own under any circumstances.

• For character briefs: please include the character's appearance, facial expressions, composition, character sheet, key details, unique traits, and the angle or direction the character is facing.• For background briefs: please include the location, atmosphere, color/lighting tone, light direction, and any objects you'd like to include in the scene.
